Globalshop
In 2019, I was hired to collaborate with Artitalia in the design of their booth for the Globalshop retail trade show in Chicago. The booth won "Best in Show Booth Award" and was featured on the front page of RetailX magazine. For the booth, I designed and painted a series of anamorphic murals that incorporated four categories of products that they offer. The main categories included: Hospitality & Restaurant, Mail & Parcel, Retail, Material Handling & Specialty Carts. Each anamorphic installation incorporated real objects from Artitalia’s collection, along with hand painted artworks, in order to create an anamorphic illusion. The idea was to create an immersive experience for the viewer, blending the lines between the 2nd and 3rd dimensions.
